This classification guarantees that the material is non-combustible and does not contribute to fire spread.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"770\">The new building envelope has been designed with passive fire safety as a priority through an integrated system composed of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"802\">Vitrified extruded ceramic<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"866\">Specific mechanical anchoring system for ventilated fa\u00e7ades<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"889\">Metal substructure<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"914\">Rock wool insulation<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"914\">Intumescent barriers within the ventilated cavity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1128\">All these elements work together to limit fire spread, control airflow in the event of a fire, and improve the overall performance of the construction system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1442\">Faveker\u2019s complete systems have also been subjected to large-scale international fire propagation tests at the laboratories of Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants, validating the integrated performance of the assembly under conditions more demanding than the individual classification of its components.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1592\">This project reflects our commitment to developing building solutions that combine innovation, energy efficiency and maximum safety in construction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1740\">At Faveker, we continue to promote ventilated ceramic fa\u00e7ades as a key solution for safer, more sustainable and technically advanced architecture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1851\">For more information about the building\u2019s renovation, you can consult the article published by Valencia News.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"2133\">In addition, RTVE covered the tribute held on the second anniversary of the Campanar building fire in this report broadcast on the Telediario Fin de Semana.
