ISO 50001 certification is an international standard designed to establish, implement and maintain an Energy Management System (EnMS) within an organisation. In 2023, we obtained ISO 50001 certification for the Energy Management System at GRES ARAG\u00d3N’s production plants in Alca\u00f1iz for the first time. In June 2026<\/strong>, the certification was renewed and its scope extended to the FAVEKER plant in Alcorisa.<\/strong> With this certification, we continue to promote efficient energy management with the aim of reducing energy consumption and minimising our environmental impact.<\/p>\n For more than two decades, GRES ARAG\u00d3N has been investing in the replacement of its main natural gas-consuming thermal equipment, namely dryers and kilns. These investments have significantly improved the energy efficiency of our production processes.<\/p>\n In addition to major investments in new production lines, GRES ARAG\u00d3N has implemented a range of initiatives in recent years to improve energy efficiency, including:<\/p>\n \u2022 Installation of two photovoltaic systems for self-consumption, with a combined installed capacity of 1,212 kWp across two production plants. At GRES ARAG\u00d3N \u2013 FAVEKER, we provide sustainable architectural solutions. Our products and processes are certified for their sustainability and their contribution to improving the energy efficiency of the projects in which they are installed. FAVEKER\u00ae ceramic ventilated fa\u00e7ades help both new-build and renovation projects achieve significant savings in electricity and gas consumption while contributing to the reduction of CO\u2082 emissions. Our number one strategic objective is \u201cSustainability: More Value, Less Impact\u201d, and the company’s efforts are focused on achieving this goal.<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text]
