Christchurch Medical Center

Medical center in which ceramic louvers were installed to protect from solar radiation, allowing the light to get through and giving privacy to some particular areas at the same time. Ceramic louvers stand out in the whole, being a differentiating and remarkable element of the building’s visual impact. It was used a vertical fixing system of louvers with EPDM ferrules and threaded through-rods in order to tighten the whole structure.
