Soto de Lezkairu II in Pamplona

New creation in Pamplona. This is a new neighbourhood called Soto de Lezkairu. The urban development project began in 2006 and will be completed in 2021. FAVEKER has been part of this project by providing the ceramic material for the construction of 63 homes in this neighbourhood.

Before its urbanisation, the neighbourhood had a rural appearance, with some houses and buildings that were later demolished. After these reforms, it has become a neighbourhood full of colour with different shades, but always with the maximum efficiency and sustainability of the materials that make up the new homes.
