Residential building San Vicente

Recently constructed building, updated afterwards to improve moisture problems, improving its energy behavior and lowering the building’s primary energy demand. The combination of FAVEKER® GA16 ceramic tiles in red and grey color grants the preservation of the original design and its integration within the environment. The used fixing system was FTS 502B, composed of vertical profile and double clip, with an EPDM strip to avoid vibrations and protect the vertical joint against the entry of moisture. The horizontal joint between pieces is protected thanks to the overlap joint of the pieces. This project has high-level finish and endings. This system is also ETA certified.
