New construction project Soto de Lezkairu I Building in Pamplona

A set of brand-new residential buildings in which a sustainable product has been chosen in its manufacture process and throughout its useful life: the Faveker® ceramic ventilated façade. In order to provide a thermal skin turning out into sustainable housing, with a minimum primary energy demand and without problems of damp or need for maintenance. The modulation of the façade has been done using GA20 pieces of different formats to give the building a modern and innovative design.
