Refurbishment project with a ventilated façade in Salamanca

The Victoria Adrados Community Center, located in Salamanca, opened its doors in 2019. It is a social center nestled in a peaceful and natural environment, offering a warm and family-like atmosphere for its residents.

The center features modern facilities both inside the building and in its exteriors, which are characterized by brown tones. The building’s ventilated façade, clad with Faveker ceramic panels, specifically GA16 pieces, ensures excellent climate control and energy savings. This allows the interior to remain cool in summer and warm in winter, providing optimal comfort throughout the year.

Its dark tones contrasted with beige colors present a building that is both aesthetic and functional, thanks to the properties of the ceramic materials.
