Residential Refurbishment in Zumaia

First refurbished building in this urban complex in Zumaia. Energy performance and commitment towards the environment were improved thanks to the reduction of the building’s demand of primary energy provided by the installation of the ceramic ventilated façade. Besides being a sustainable product given its full recyclability and content of at least 40% of recycled raw materials, the ceramic tiles provide an impeccable and long-lasting design thanks to the possibilities and resistance of the digital printing technology applied on the porcelain tiles. After the installation of the new ventilated façade, the building got a noteworthy appreciation in value.
