HTBA Industrial Center Refurbishment Project

This outstanding project, located in Beniel, Murcia, is the result of a collaborative effort between HTBA as the developer, Intagua as the construction company, and Favemur as the installer. The goal was to create a modern and functional façade, using the Brooklyn convex model on the ground floor and the Sidney concave model on the upper floor, achieving a visual harmony that captures attention.

The FTS 505 vertical system has been crucial in ensuring the precise installation of 452 x 1.15 cm tiles, guaranteeing both the quality and stability of the design. A metallic profile subtly interrupts the visual flow of the façade, adding an elegant touch that highlights the lines of the project. To complete the design, a white lacquered finish has been applied, offering brightness and a modern look to the entire structure.

The corner is resolved with a T-profile made of aluminum 6063T66, lacquered in white, ensuring a flawless, robust, and durable finish. This project demonstrates how high-quality ceramic materials can be combined with innovative solutions to create spaces that are both functional and visually striking.
