New Construction ‘Magda Godia Ibarz’ Day Care Center

At the “Magda Godia Ibarz” Senior Care and Day Center, the innovative GA20 Crenel Blanco Mate ceramic material and FTS 505 system have been used to create an environment that blends elegance with functionality. The unique Crenel volumetric piece has been instrumental in maximizing natural light and reducing environmental impact, contributing to a space that is both welcoming and efficient.

Located in Mequinenza, this project has been promoted by the M.I. Town Hall of Mequinenza. The architectural proposal was designed by architects Magdalena Maimó Domingo, Diana Usón Maimó, and Elisabet Usón Maimó, with installation carried out by Gonzalo Portolés Bague.

The FAVEKER ceramic facade showcases a combination of materials and techniques that not only highlight the building’s modern aesthetics but also its commitment to sustainability and user well-being.
