Residential Rehabilitation Project in Vilnius

This project, located in Vilnius, Lithuania, is the result of a comprehensive rehabilitation of a five-story multifamily building, carried out in collaboration with Faveker, which supplied the ventilated ceramic façade, ensuring quality and precision in the installation. The objective was to solve recurring engineering issues, improve energy efficiency, enhance residents’ comfort, and renovate the building’s image with a modern, durable, and long-lasting façade.

The GA16 400×1200 model in salmon color was used.

The GA16 FTS 502B fixing system ensures the correct installation of the panels, guaranteeing long-term stability and durability. The choice of color and the strategic arrangement of the panels give the building a distinct identity and reinforce its modern and refined character, in line with the comprehensive rehabilitation.
