New-build project for the Segovia IV Health Center in Segovia

The new Segovia IV Health Center has been conceived as a benchmark healthcare facility, designed to provide modern and efficient medical services. The building envelope stands out for its combined use of FAVEKER® GA16 Urban White porcelain tiles in 400×1000, 400×1200, and 400×1500 mm formats, together with the Ordesa Natural 200×1200 mm reference, creating a dynamic composition that brings rhythm, depth, and visual richness to the façade.
The combination of different formats and finishes creates a contemporary and balanced architectural image, where the chromatic uniformity of Urban White is complemented by the texture and warmth of Ordesa Natural. The result is an elegant and durable building envelope, perfectly integrated into the urban environment and aligned with the functional requirements of a healthcare facility.
The careful selection of materials and the seamless integration of the façade elements reinforce the architectural identity of the building, providing both aesthetic value and high-performance technical features. FAVEKER® ceramic solutions play a key role in creating a resistant, low-maintenance façade designed to ensure long-term performance.
The façade is installed using the FTS 502B fixing system, which provides a safe and efficient solution for the ventilated façade. This system enhances the thermal performance of the building envelope, protects the insulation from external agents, and contributes to the overall durability of the construction. As a result, the building achieves high levels of energy efficiency and indoor comfort, particularly important qualities in facilities dedicated to healthcare services.
